We never simply move products on. Instead we take each item and address it in a personal way. On receipt of any Bang & Olufsen product we fully test it not for five minutes but for anything up to a day to ensure its in perfect working order. If a product needs service or maintenance of any sort we deliver it to our preferred B&O service centre which ensures any work is recorded and any parts replaced are official B&O parts, we never do in house repair or service of any sort giving both us and our customers piece of mind. The next step is to thoroughly valet the items returning them where possible to as near as possible to a new product.
We are a small company driven to be the best at what we do in the most professional way possible in the case of buying your pre-loved B&O items it all starts with your communication to us. We will always offer an immediate price and no later than next working day collection. We are happy to de install your equipment before safely packing it into B&O boxes ready for transit. We always pay by cash on the day and pride ourselves on being fair honest and trust worthy.
We always put a parts and labour warranty with our products ranging from 6-12 months. In the unlikely event that your product fails within the warranty period we ask that you return it to us at your cost. We will pass it to our service center to be evaluated and repaired. We will then send the item back to you. Please note that warranty does not cover extreme use, screen degradation or damage due to fire or breakages.In extreme overseas claims there is a possibility to have the item repaired by a local B&O service center once a report has been attained from the local B&O service center we would then pass this to our service center for validation and to obtain a quote for repair, in this instance we would pay for the cost of the repair at the local B&O service center up to the amount quoted for by our repair center here in the UK. These terms are subject to change at anytime without prior notice.
Here at SkynnexAv we offer all of our customers the opportunity to visit our showroom to have a demonstration of your purchase, you then get to see and hear your chosen item(s) prior to them being safely and securely packed up for you to transport home.
However although we find this to be the most popular and preferable option we do understand that sometimes this isn’t always possible either due to transport or solely geographical reasons therefore we do offer a courier delivery service.
SKYNNEXAV PERSONAL DELIVERY SERVICE
We personally provide a door-to-door delivery service as in some cases this maybe more viable to you, please contact us for more information.
Your Bang and Olufsen will travel to you in the luxury it deserves, all our vehicles are fully carpeted, padded and leather lined throughout to insure they arrive to you in the same condition they are now.
Within the U.K this is currently undertaken by U.P.S. AND DHL All items are always sent safely and securely packaged fully insured, next day delivery unless otherwise requested. If you do want a quote for the courier service please contact us with your delivery address and we will get back to you with their prices.
We send worldwide so if you are outside the UK, we shall do our best to find you the best quote for airmail.
For the smaller items, we can simply pop in the postal system, recorded or special delivery, well packed of course.
If you purchased your item via our site or through our sales advisor via email or phone call, you have 14 days from your purchase/date of receipt to return that item to us in an unworn, unused condition for an exchange or refund.
This does NOT apply to any parts, bespoke customization orders or labour charges, these products and services are non-refundable. Any deposit / upfront payments also taken for the above are non-refundable.
